You can craft an advanced toolkit, but it requires 5 basic toolkits to make an advanced one. I suggest looking in stashes in yantar, wild territory, darkscape, or army warehouses for the advanced toolkits. Search red forest and anything north of red forest for expert toolkits. For one- GAMMA disables traders selling weapons, so unlike in Anomaly or all Stalker games and mods thusfar, you can't just waltz up to Sidor and buy a 100% condition G36 if you've got the money.
