I just picked it up and when I turn on my AC to full blast and fiddle with the air settings, I can only see the passenger side radiator fan turning. The Driver side won't come on. I idled in the summer heat for about 10 minutes after driving 10 miles in the heat. Both fans won't turn on.A radiator fan that is constantly on may be triggered by the air conditioning when it is on. Be sure the air conditioning is off. If the radiator fan is still constantly on, it is most likely caused by the fan relay being stuck closed. Replace the fan relay. If this is not the issue the temperature sensor or ECU may have a problem..
