I am trying to get the masters blacksmith quest no matter what time of day it is the blacksmith is not in his house.This is the basic rule in witcher 3 The higher skill level the BLACKSMITH and ARMORER has, the more he/she pays for the same sword MASTER LVL BLACKSMITH : Hattori (has his shop on the left most corner of GLORY LANE, close to LACE HALL MASTER LVL ARMORER : that women (sits in CROW'S PERCH, just outside BLOODY BARON'S CASTLE)The guy in Novigrad who sells dumplings, Hattori, is the best blacksmith. Yoana in Crow's Perch is the best armourer. Keep in mind you need to complete their side missions to unlock their full potential as masters who can craft mastercrafted armor/swords. Novigrad, armorer on ... I'm talking about the one near the docks, not the quest one. I tried meditating, waiting a day, reloading - nothing works. Should I load an eariler save or what? Edit : I went to another blacksmith ( still not the quest one ) and he was also missing. After walking around at some distance he respawned randomly, however the one in the docks only appeared after I meditated for 1 hour .
