This should resolve the logo spinning …Bluestacks snapshot black screen. Recently when I take a snapshot of my buddy, the game processes the screenshot (and will give the heart) but then the background where the camera is shown goes black and the game completely freezes. If I close/reopen the game, any time I try to enter the buddy picture mode again the game goes black and freezes ....
