The various Champion Reactions for the good-aligned Champions are pretty much the strongest "Attack me and not my allies" tool in PF2e, and there aren't really all that many of them to go around. Plus, they get all of the shield-related bullshittery that Bastion does on their regular feat list. Both champions swapped to 2nd fighter and druid and party dpr, and effectiveness, shot right up. Champion suffers same issue as most martials in pf2e. Fighter exists and is very powerful. Often better just playing fighter. Bizarrely, fighter can get free shield raises at level 12.
