2024 Gmc truck fan won't shut off

I have the 2014 Silverado 1500 5.3 LTZ with 93k miles on it. Has had some intermittent issues with the tan running super high and overcooling as well as running for about 5 mins or so after the truck is off. did my research saw the fix was the thermostat and that sensor next to it. Replaced both today and have driven around the truck, issue .... Sanguine noble location
