The 180C is not more heavy duty than the Dual, it actually weighs less than the Dual due to to having less internal parts. Just talked to Miller To run the millermatic 230 V 50 feet, I need at minimum a #12 wire. So, looks like to run both the 211 and the powermac 45 (240 V), I'm good to go with a 50 foot 6 gauge extension cord. Now I need to find one with the Nema 6-50R to full KVA plug.
