You get some rifles with nice damage specifically the scar, and the galil ACE. The one downside to advisor is the heavier hitting rifles can't get drum mags like rifleman, so some might say its best to play advisor more like a designated marksman IMO. I always play breacher: 870 with 2x red dot, compensator, laser and flechette, works for LOOOONG and short range alike. :) Any sidearm with quick draw holster. The rest is all based on the scenario and available points (preferably with heavy armor).
