Last you'll want to install Daisuke's Widescreen Fix. Once you've done all of this the interface shouldn't be overtly broken and you can enjoy Fallout at 21:9.I use comprehensive ultrawide mod with the necessary ini changes. Though I do believe CUW has been removed or hidden now. And I haven't tried any other solutions myself, but I can't imagine they're much different.
