Overall, these cultists aren't designed to be just your typical "faceless cultists openly trying to kill the heroes", but are more of a roleplaying/story cult that's part of society but hidden from plain sight (it's why they have proficiency in things ...I can't get a cultist trophy! If anyone has a spare cultist trophy for a Fenris armor hood, I would gladly take it off your hands. It's only a 10% drop rate so it can be hard to get. You could always use spawn commands to get a trophy if you're really struggling. I got one in my first frost cave and didn't think much of it..
